Overview

Trains travel from the small town of succulents in an eastern direction towards rosemary hill.   After a brief stop at rosemary hill trains travel in a north direction and pass through Nipomo Junction.   After traveling for about a scale hour they will reach lemon tree hill and then change direction to the west heading towards Carolwood Junction.   At Carolwood Junction there is a very large barn which is a 1/5 scale version of Walt’s Disney Carolwood Pacific Barn.    Several train consists are ready to go in the barn’s train yards awaiting their dispatch orders.    There is another small town of Carolwood where trains can drop off or pick up passengers.    Trains can choose to climb up to the Pacific Crest Trail or take a track back to Nipomo Junction.   The Pacific Crest Trail is a long treck with a small refueling station of Willow along the way.     At the top of hill trains finally reach the Daniel Smith Station.    After Daniel Smith Station trains will travel a steep drop of hairpin turns before reaching the Nipomo Junction.    Nearby Nipomo Junction is the little town of Munich features European style houses and lots if trees.

Highlights

The California industries include lumber, mining, and farming.   The town of Succulent ships succulents to the residences are Willow, Much, Fountain, and Carolwood daily.  Once a year around September the town of Munich celebrates Octoberfest.

Layout Specifications

The railroad has a U-shaped Main Line with two reverse loops at either end.  The Main Line have about 300 feet of track with. 10’ diameter curves.   The upper branch called the Pacific Coast Trail has about 200 feet of track and one end there are hair pin curves which trains drop over 9 feet at a grade around 3 percent.

This Californian only supports only battery-powered locomotives.   There are over 10 various types of engines and over 60’s pieces of rolling stock including 16 coal cars, 6 passenger cars, 10 box cars, 8 tanker cars, and 8 cabooses.
