Large scale model trains have been prominently displayed at local summer community events. Hands-on model trains were the center of attention as families enjoyed cool, creamy treats at Ice Cream Zoofari hosted at the Central Coast Zoo (Atascadero).
With one of our largest display layouts to date, CCCGRS brought “The Garden Express” to the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden (San Luis Obispo). This Family Free Day was attended by more than 425 guests, making this the second most attended for the garden during the 2025 season. We extended a special thanks to all our members and supporters who made these events possible. CCCGRS is proud to contribute to the important mission of these organizations through these collaborations.
