Monarch & Sand Railroad Train Run

Will and Lucinda invite everyone to return to the Monarch & Sand Railroad for our May train run. Our hosts have completed an extensive renovation of their Arroyo Grande outdoor living space, which included significant changes to the garden railroad. The main line now only supports battery powered locomotives. Scenes include an outdoor circus and farm operations. A separate, powered “flyer” track brings egg-liners and other small equipment above the action with a 6” height restriction and 2-foot radius curves. Another 5-foot radius circle of powered track will be set-up for the occasion.

Light refreshments and drinks will be served. Shaded areas are adjacent to the home, so train operators are encouraged to prepare for sun. We look forward to greeting you all this month in Arroyo Grande.
