Scenes From The 2024 Central Coast Railroad Festival

The Central California Coast Garden Railroad Society greeted guests from the central coast and across the state during the always popular 2024 Central Coast Railroad Festival. The 2024 roster of garden railroads included two new railroads on the tour: the Arroyo Grande Valley Railroad (Arroyo Grande) and S & P Californian (Nipomo). This year’s event featured the grand return of local favorites: the Monarch & Sand Railroad (Arroyo Grande) and Mountain View Railroad (Santa Ynez). Rounding out the tour were festival mainstays, including the Conejo and Tortuga Railroad (Paso Robles), Cascade Peak & Buena Vista Railway (Santa Margarita), the Orcutt & Islay Creek Railroad and a display of large scale trains operating at the San Luis Obispo Railroad Museum. If you were unable to enjoy the festival garden railroads this year, we hope these scenes will encourage you to mark your calendars for the Central Coast Railroad Festival in 2025!
